Why astnai?

When I finished high school in Trelew, Chubut, I moved to Buenos Aires. I wanted a new handle to mark a fresh start. I had three requirements.

I spent days searching. Every candidate failed. Availability conflicts everywhere. It felt like mutual exclusivity. A logical and probabilistic idea where two events cannot happen at the same time.

So I grabbed pen and paper and started combining letters from my first and last name. After a few attempts, astnai appeared. It checked every box.

I recommend finding your own handle. It is harder today because of username saturation, but that friction makes it more meaningful when you land on something you truly identify with.
